Flow ◼◼◼
Challenging
This class is vinyasa style. Vinyasa means “to place in a special way” and will flow from one posture to the other following inhales and exhales. This class is designed to build strength and challenge to the body and will generally include sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, and backbends. This class is great if you are looking for a faster pace and challenge.
You do not need any previous yoga experience for this class. However, this class may not be a good fit if you have trouble bearing weight on your joints (Specifically wrists and shoulders) or trouble getting up and down from the floor.

Gentle ◼
Beginner Friendly
This class will move slowly and intentionally and poses will be held for several breaths. This class will typically have a lot of seated stretching and may spend some exploring gentle standing and balancing poses. However, it will not require multiple times getting up and down from the mat and getting from sitting to standing is done with slow gentle transitions. This class will offer lots of support to modify and also encourage using props to support your body. This class is perfect if you are just getting acquainted with yoga but is also deeply beneficial for all levels of practitioner.

Slow Flow ◼◼
Intermediate
This class will emphasize longer holds and be more gradual to allow a deeper focus on alignment and breath. There will be up and down from the mat however physicality and sequences in these classes are less intense while still providing a rounded practice that can build strength and flexibility. This is a great class to try if you want to a moderate challenge to the body with the meditative and restoring benefits of moving slower.
Please note that any class marked “Aroma” will use essential oils and incense to enhance your yoga experience and assist with uplifting, grounding, or calming during your practice.

Deep stretch ◼
Beginner Friendly
This style of class is referred to as “Yin”. The class will focus on long, static holds (typically held 3- 5 min each). Holds are designed to target deep connective tissues, joints, and bones. Most poses are on the back, prone, or seated. This is a wonderful class to increase your range of motion or maintain, or increase mobility and flexibility. This style will aid in hydrating tissues and muscles, and calming the nervous system. Yin can also assist in releasing muscular and emotional tension in the body. This class is beginner friendly.

Classical yoga ◼◼
Intermediate
The style of this class is “Hatha” and is a traditional form of yoga. This class will be 75 min long. It will start with grounding, and move into warm ups and sun salutations followed by a sequence of asanas (postures) that could include seated, standing, and balancing. Class will conclude with a pranayama (Breath control) a short guided meditation and close with Savasana (relaxation). This class is suitable for beginners but you may want to be cautious if you have trouble bearing weight on your shoulders, wrists or trouble getting from the floor to standing. This class is perfect if you are looking to find balance in the body and mind!

Chair Yoga ◼
Beginner Friendly
This class will use the assistance of a chair to help us feel supported and stable. Great class for people who have limited mobility, dealing with injuries, who want to start an exercise program, or feel more comfortable seated off of the floor. This is also an excellent class if you have a job working seated and would like to explore ways to move the body while seated. This class is suitable for all experience levels.
