POLICIES

-Due to very limited space, and the popularity of some classes, a no-show fee of $10 will be charged to any attendee who fails to cancel their appointment online (see FAQ on cancelling online) within the following time frames: 1 hour of routine class, or within 24 hours of a Series, Workshop, or Special Event. Please note that calling, texting, or emailing does not guarantee removal of registration.

-If you have a card on file that has insufficient funds for a no show fee the following policy will be in place: We will remove a credit from your class pass or we will disable your membership until your card is updated.

-Un-used visits from the Basic Membership classes do not roll forward.

-No cash refunds are issued for class cancellations, however a class pass will remain available on your account. Please see policy below for refunds on Series, Workshops, or Special events.

-Refunds and credits for series, workshops, and special event classes will not be issued within 14 days of the start date. If you need to cancel within this period, the studio may allow a transfer of your ticket to another participant. Refunds requested more than 14 days before the event will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

-Private Instruction requires a full deposit at time of booking with a $30 non-refundable deposit. If an appointment is cancelled with less then 24 hours notice the full deposit will be retained. A full refund or credit will be issued at the student’s discretion if the teacher has to cancel.

-We do reserve the right to cancel any classes, special events, or series based on attendance numbers. Please make sure to register online for any class you plan to attend so we have an accurate accounting of planned participants.

-In the event of class cancellations, the calendar will be marked as “Cancelled”. If you have an email on file, we will email any class cancellations. We will also attempt to text you if a phone number is on file. All credits such as class passes and drop in’s will remain on your account as a credit. In the event of a special event cancellation, you will be given a full credit on your account unless you notify us you would prefer a full refund to your original form of payment.

-Doors will open 10-15 min before class and will be locked at the listed start time so it is important to arrive early so you have adequate time to get checked in and get settled in.

-Please note expiration dates on class passes and gift cards. 10 Class Pass expires 120 days after purchase, and Gift Cards expire on year after purchase.

-Un-used 10 Class pass visits can be rolled forward if a new class pass is purchased within 30 days of expiration. Must contact info@sukhainspired.com or 937-507-8266 to request this.
