Kristi Kirinch

Kristi has been working with children in different capacities for most of her adult life.  As a former educator, educational specialist and director, she is passionate about early childhood education. Currently, in her full-time role, outside of yoga, she works with other educators on a full time-basis, providing professional development to early childhood educators in a variety of formats.

Several years ago, she noticed a huge need for bringing intentional mindfulness and yoga into her own classroom.  She sought a children’s yoga certification with ChildLight Yoga, so she could implement daily practices into her preschool classroom.  “I love everything about bringing yoga and mindfulness to our youngest learners and am excited to share it.” She is also passionate about bringing adults and the children they love together in family style yoga sessions.

In her personal life, Kristi keeps busy with her family and friends, exploring new places, especially the outdoors.

Kristi received her M.S. in Early Childhood Ed/Leadership and Advocacy from University of Dayton and is passionate about sharing knowledge with not only children, but other educators.  She also holds additional certification in chair yoga, restorative yoga and a certification as a therapeutic art life coach.
