MEGAN STEMLEY

Megan Stemley is an Ohio native who has been practicing yoga on and off for over ten years and recently completed her 200 HR YTT through Day Yoga. As a social worker in training, Megan believes that breath and bodywork should be accessible to all people, regardless of location or economic resources. Her teaching style includes pranayama and postures that encourage regulation of the nervous system while offering the opportunity to slow down from the modern world. Megan considers herself a forever student who draws from the theories of somatics and embodiment and looks forward to deepening her training in these areas. She believes that everyone deserves to feel safe, stable, and grounded in all areas of their lives and hopes her classes provide an opportunity for students to get out of their minds and come home to their bodies.
