LAURA BASCOM
Laura began her yoga journey due to a strong desire to practice self-care in yoga, meditation, journaling, and being in nature. Yoga and breathwork have kept her grounded despite significant life stressors and transitions. She is grateful for her path and ultimate leading to receive her 200 HR YTT to bring others along in this beautiful journey of connecting mind, body, and spirit through yoga. Her focus is on gentle, accessible yoga, along with breathwork and meditation. Off the mat, Laura is an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton in the Teacher Education Program. She enjoys reading, hiking in nature, gardening, creative journaling, and spending time with her husband, grown daughters, and three beautiful grandchildren.
