Page has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years and teaching for three. Her teaching style focuses on alignment, breath, while finding strength and softness within postures for all ages, shapes, and sizes. She believes that every yoga class is an opportunity for self discovery and a chance to connect with something greater than the self. Her ultimate goal is to help others find more comfort and completeness within their bodies, hoping it will produce joy and kindness that spreads off the mat and into the world.
